Our pricing is no mystery

We currently support websites in 19 different languages: English, German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Norwegian, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Danish, Czech, Finnish, Romanian, Latvian, Turkish, Hungarian, Greek, Lithuanian, and Swedish.

However, we're always aiming to offer more so please get in touch if you don't see what you're looking for – we may already be working on a solution.

Yes, we do offer custom pricing. Once you've signed up for a trial account, you can go to the Plan section and build your own Custom plan. The price is automatically adjusted based on your requirements: how many pages you need indexed, how many monthly queries are expected, how often you'd like your website(s) to be automatically re-crawled, whether there is any YouTube or JavaScript content to index, and other options.

If you opt for a Custom plan, you'll be able to specify how often we should automatically re-index your site: once a day, once every two or three days, once a week, or once a month. You can also run a re-index manually at any time, set up an integration (e.g. via Zapier or Make) to only crawl the pages once they have been updated, or push your content via our API.

All the prices shown are per month, so you're never tied into a long-term contract, although we do offer annual pricing plans with a 10% discount.

All automatic payments are processed by Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards worldwide. We also support SEPA (for Europe-based clients) and Paypal. We can offer direct invoicing and payment via bank transfer or cheque, but this is only available when paying in advance for a yearly Batman plan.

As well as offering a 10% discount on any annual plans that are paid upfront, we offer a 10% discount to all educational organizations.

While we do charge users who exceed query limits ($0.004 per query), we have multiple measures in place to prevent this from happening. Firstly, you can set an upper limit for the amount of search queries that you receive, ensuring you don't exceed your quota.

Additionally, we notify you via email when you reach 80% of your query quota, along with an estimation of how many more queries you'll receive until the end of your current billing period. We then email you again when you reach 100% of your search query quota.

Don't worry, we aren't planning on littering your website with third-party ads (we aren't Google!) but we do subtly display our own logo for smaller plans.

No matter which plan you choose, every Site Search 360 search box widget is extremely customizable by simply editing or replacing the default CSS styling. We also offer help with designing and coding unique widgets to match your aesthetic needs.

After your trial, your account will automatically change to our Free plan, so you won't be charged a penny. If you do decide to subscribe to a paid plan, you'll have the choice of paying either monthly or annually. And, because we don't take your credit card details unless you subscribe to a paid plan, you're in complete control of the situation.

No, during your free trial you'll have access to all the premium features available in our Batman plan, except you can index 5,000 pages max. Let us know in case you need to test the search on more pages and we'll see what we can do.

While we do help paid customers make sure that Site Search 360 works correctly and blends nicely into their sites by adjusting the layout and styling, if more extensive customization is needed or if you need a feature that's not offered out of the box, we can evaluate the scope of the project and work out a custom quote based on a per-hour rate.
